You have the right to cancel within 14 days of your contract with us, or 14 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). You then have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– Masks/Costumes: must have the original official product tags still attached. If they do not we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons. We check every mask before it is dispatched to ensure the slit at the back is not torn, if you tear your mask we will not be able to accept returns.
– DVDs: must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging. If they do not we cannot accept returns for copyright reasons.
If the above procedure is not followed then returns/refunds will not be allowed. Please get in touch for clarification. If in doubt, DO NOT OPEN / REMOVE ANY TAGS. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Toys/Collectibles: must be returned in the original packaging, complete with all tags, accessories, packaging fasteners. If in doubt, DO NOT OPEN.
Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If the returned item can no longer be sold "as new" in it's original undamaged packaging we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We will provide a full refund if the item is faulty. The item must be unworn/unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as received. If the returned item is not received back in the same condition / damaged packaging / missing accessories we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund. All faults/damage must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. If you are unsure of the size required or have any questions, please email us or ring for assistance.
